We continue to grow and are looking for top talent to join our team and continue this journey with us Role Overview Our Restorative Aide CNA provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. Responsibilities • To improve the resident’s quality of life by helping the resident improve and/or maintain their independence in ADLs and mobility • To minimize the risk of a decline in ADL function • Assist to restore as much independence as possible and reach their highest level of function • Answer patient call lights and determine how to best help them • Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences • Record vital signs as requested by staff • Immediately notify the nurse in charge of resident changes in condition Qualifications • Current CNA certificate • Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents • Ability to work as a team and independently • A love for seniors
