Little Caesars is a company where our colleagues make an impact Your Mission: In this role, you will function as strategic partner and financial consultant to Information Technology (IT). Collaborate with all levels of leadership to forecast and reconcile return on investment (ROI). You will develop FP&A function within the business, including planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis across the global business. You will manage day-to-day analytics as well as the development of staff focused on maximizing return on capital, optimizing project level economics, and budgeting and forecasting for the business unit P&L. You will oversee a team of FP&A Analysts and reports to the National Director, Financial Planning and Analysis. This position handles highly confidential and proprietary information and will protect against inappropriate release of information How You’ll Make an Impact:
  • This role will serve as the key liaison between Finance and Information Technology, partnering with key business stakeholders and project managers to assess the return on investment (ROI) of information systems, software, professional fees, POS, and business intelligence applications.
  • Department lead on IT FP&A activities for high growth business unit, including analyzing and managing budget, forecasting, long-range planning across capital expenditures, operating expenditures, and G&A.
  • Build and iterate on complex financial models covering all aspects of IT business operations that will enable effective decision making regarding the business unit’s revenue growth strategy, cost structure, and capital expenditures.
  • Partner with the senior leadership team to provide financial insights, recommendations, and best practices through leadership meetings, strategic projects and formal presentations to help the company make effective capital and expense allocation decisions.
  • Responsible for managing periodical executive reporting and tracking of key performance indicators, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  • Manage an analyst team, which includes hiring, coaching, development, training, and performance management.
  • Consult with non-financial business partners providing sound financial advice and support as requested.
  • Collaborate with the business intelligence team to ensure the structure and functionality of the electronic data warehouse supports the organizations analysis needs.
  • Promote and uphold the Company’s core values within the department and across the organization.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related degree.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a role requiring in-depth experience with analytical tools, techniques, and financial reporting systems.
  • Knowledge of IT technical service environment and delivery models (e.g., Managed services outsourcing including infrastructure, cloud computing, applications, SaaS).
  • Experience with IT service agreements, specifically with various pricing and contracting constructs (e.g., managed services, project-based estimation).
  • Able to operate at a high-level of critical thinking and problem solving while working cross-functionally with other teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions based on sound business acumen and decision-making practices.
  • High-level of organization skills with proven ability to manage others while meeting business deadlines.
  • Excellent oral, presentation, and written skills. Must be adept at preparing and delivering written communications, verbal communications, and formal presentations.
  • Proficient in use of personal computers and accessing information in a network environment. Thorough familiarity, at an advanced level, with the use of Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • Master’s in Business Administration or related degree is preferred.
