Elauwit is seeking a Project Coordinator who will be a member of the Project Management Office. The Project Coordinator will apply office knowledge, experience, interpersonal skills and administrative techniques to support the project management team. Support to be provided includes customer follow-up, information collection, vendor management, expense report coding, shipping hardware, some office management duties, updating service orders, data entry, attendance in meetings with or in lieu of a Project Manager, recording and distribution of meeting minutes and preparing material order requests, track shipments to sites
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for coordinating all internal and external tasks to coordinate customer system installations and room relocations
  • Responsible for receiving and distributing incoming emails to Project Management staff daily
  • Shipping and receiving support at our Columbia SC office
  • Provide support for Operations Leadership activities including taking and distributing meeting notes and follow-up activities as requested
  • Support Project Managers on all assigned open projects
  • Work cooperatively with all Operations Business Units including assisting in backfill resource assignment
  • Work effectively with other departments including, Purchasing, Accounting, Engineering, Production and Logistics to ensure successful completion of assigned tasks
  • Assist Field Resources Management and Customer Service teams in the coordination of customer preventative maintenance visits
  • Knowledge of and adherence to Elauwit policies and procedures
  • All other duties as assigned

Leadership & Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example on all engagements
  • Direct and collaborate with cross functional teams for completion of back-office tasks

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to participate as a team member and assist other team members as required.

  • Ability to work with others or independently, while maintaining a professional manner
  • Always present a professional appearance
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Smartsheet experience a plus

Education & Experience:
  • 1 - 3 years’ experience in a Technical Customer Service area
  • PMP, CAPM or equivalent Project Management Certification desired
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in a Technical Field
  • Bi-lingual capability is a plus

Physical and Additional Requirements:
  • Ability of lift and carry objects up to 25 lbs.
  • Frequent sitting, standing and walking
  • Limited weekend and/or night work or on-call may be required
  • Limited domestic travel requiring multi-night stays within and at times outside the local work area
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license is a requirement and must have a positive driver’s abstract
  • Must be willing to complete background checks and drug tests as required by current or future contracts

Salary

$40,000 - $50,000 per year
