Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients in the financial services industry.
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
• Stay current with tax changes and industry trends that impact banks, providing thought leadership and innovative solutions to clients.
• Oversee all aspects of client engagements, ensuring tax compliance and identifying opportunities for tax savings and growth.
• Collaborate with other leaders in Specialty Tax, Assurance, Consulting, and Advisory to provide exceptional service and drive revenue growth for the firm.
• Manage budgetary and time constraints, implement process improvements, and allocate resources to optimize the financial performance of the banking practice.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, with a CPA or JD certification preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive tax experience, including working with financial institutions clients in a professional services firm.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and developing team members.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
• Innovative and forward-thinking leader with a track record of building and developing successful client relationships and teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to strategically plan for growth, innovation, and exceptional client service.
• Ability to cross-sell firm services to existing clients while adhering to independence standards.
