About the Position:


The Change Specialist Program Lead - Configuration Management is a part of our Wheeled Combat Vehicles program. The position will require comprehensive knowledge of all Stryker programs and be responsible for the team to provide on time delivery of changes to our internal and external customers.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate or prepare the documentation for reviews and Technical Data Package releases.
  • Frequent contact with employees and managers within, and external to the department, as well as frequent customer contact.
  • Activities include workflow tasks in the following workflows: Purchase Requisition (PR), Change Request (CR), Request For Variance (RFV), Change Order (CO) and preparation of change packages for delivery.
  • Support CS1 and CML activities as required
  • Maintain accurate Configuration Management (CM) files and records to include training
  • Training team members in the use of configuration management tools in support of company Configuration Management policies and best practices
  • Proficiency with Teamcenter required, and familiarity with manpower files, PowerBI and EVC preferred

Minimum Qualifications / What you must have:
  • Bachelor of Science in technical disciplines preferred
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a related function preferred
  • Experience functioning as a trainer or project lead is beneficial
  • Teamcenter experience required, preferably from GDLS
  • Exceptional communication skills required

Additional Information:
  • This position may require eligibility to obtain a US security clearance. (Non-US Citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance)
  • The candidate will need to have strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to work overtime when required.
  • Able to bring continuous improvement processes and methodologies to the position.
