· Classification: Full Time

· Shift: Various. Must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

What will I be doing?

A Spa Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of Spa including but not limited to reservations, check-in, guest services, locker rooms, salon, therapists. Will work the spa desk and ensure guest satisfaction regarding all areas of spa services in accordance with Hilton Standards. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Provides courteous and efficient guest service from point of arrival to check out. Books, changes, cancels appointments. Sells Retail.
  • Assists with laundry, tidies, and stocks up the locker rooms, lounge area, salon, retail area, and treatment rooms.
  • Assists with Inventory, training, financial reports.

What are we looking for?

EDUCATION

High School graduate or equivalent preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 6 month Spa/Hospitality customer service experience. Experience in a resort or wellness related field.

LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES

CPR Certified preferred.

GROOMING

All team members must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance (specific standards available).
