Description:Aerostructure Supervisor who will provide Supervision and oversight to a team of hourly bargaining unit employees engaged in performing diversified operations to fabricate experimental, prototype and/or production aircraft composite parts, components and assemblies. Ensure all components are completed according to blueprint requirements and delivered to the customer in a timely manner. Must be able to ensure accurate and thorough communications with key internal customers and employees
Basic Qualifications:
Previous Manufacturing experience
Bachelors degree with at least 3+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
Must be willing to support off shifts as needed
Desired Skills:
Experience in working with represented employees
Knowledge of composite production methods, procedures and problems and processes associated with complex composite aircraft components.
Advanced abilities with Microsoft Office products, SAP, Solumina
Previous Sikorsky experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
