Responsible for the overall cleanliness and appearance of our facility in a clean, safe and comfortable manner.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Daily cleaning, includes vacuuming, wiping, mopping, polishing, etc. of office space, common areas, bathrooms, kitchens/break rooms, stairwells and meeting rooms.
  • Maintain schedule for recurring upkeep, i.e., deep clean high traffic areas, ice makers, refrigerators, bathrooms, dispensers, etc.
  • Special cleaning for pre-event, event, and post event needs.
  • Inform supervisor immediately of any facility repair needs such as leaky faucets, clogged toilets, stained or torn carpet, cracked tile, wall repair, broken blinds, etc.
  • Strictly follows instructions on safe usage of cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality for any information that may be visible or overheard during cleaning.
  • Maintains security procedures after hours by locking doors and securing private areas.
  • Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.
  • Follows Bank policy, procedures and guidelines.
  • Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals and procedures
  • Skilled in safe operation of expensive equipment
  • Ability to demonstrate time management
  • Ability to perform physical tasks
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends to meet the needs of the department


Equipment Used in Job Performance/Working Environment:

  • Telephone
  • Small to Medium size cleaning equipment (commercial vacuums, buffers, polishers, push carts, etc.)


Major Job Demands (Physical/Mental):

  • Lifting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, pushing repetitively for long periods of time
  • Exerting up to 60 lbs. on a frequent basis

Position Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School/diploma or equivalent education required.
  • One (1) or more years’ experience with commercial housekeeping preferred
