Job Summary:

Responsibilities and Duties:

4. Safely and efficiently transport patients to medical facilities while maintaining patient comfort.
5. Communicate and coordinate with emergency response teams, healthcare professionals, and hospitals to ensure seamless patient care.
6. Document all medical procedures, assessments, and interventions accurately and comprehensively.
7. Monitor and maintain medical equipment, ensuring readiness for emergency situations.
8. Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families during stressful situations.
9. Stay updated with the latest medical advancements, treatment procedures, and emergency protocols.
10. Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
11. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes and provide holistic care.
12. Adhere to all legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements relevant to emergency medical services.
13. Drive emergency vehicles responsibly and adhering to traffic rules and safety guidelines.
14. Educate the community on basic emergency medical procedures and accident prevention.
15. Remain calm, composed, and capable of making swift decisions in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Valid certification/license as a Paramedic (EMT-P) in the state.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; further education in emergency medical services is preferred.
3. Minimum of [X] years of experience working as a Paramedic.
