Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities in various settings such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and residential homes. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Implement behavior management techniques as directed by supervisors
- Monitor and document client behavior and progress
- Collaborate with social workers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure the rights and dignity of clients are respected at all times
-Medication reminders according to prescribed schedules
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of resident rights and systems within assisted living or nursing home settings
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others
- Ability to handle challenging behaviors in a calm and professional manner
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
