The Role
As a Global Social Strategist, you will be joining the Global Social team within Kyndryl bringing our brand to life in social. Working with the Global team, you will help to deliver award winning social across 50+ markets. You will anchor social to our Kyndryl’s mission - the 'why' and 'how' we will show up in social, and the roles for the various channels. You will build an impactful social activity that leads to an improvement in brand favorability and trust
What You'll Do:
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program

- Work with the team to develop and implement global social media strategies across all Kyndryl Social channels (Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Partner with creative and production teams on social content
- Ensure cross-functional alignment with Communications, Events, Content, and more
- Ideate brand initiatives and activations in partnership with the marketing team for authentic mission-led social pushes
- Support social media content calendar and posting schedule across all platforms in alignment with marketing calendar
- Ensure social community management is aligned with the established global strategy and timely
- Review, edit and provide direction for regional social strategies and content calendars
- Stay on top of industry trends and mine opportunities within partnerships, sponsorships, emerging platforms, and new product betas

- Preferably based in the NY/NJ/CT area, with occasional travel to New York City headquarters
- 7+ years relevant social marketing experience
- Candidate must have excellent written and spoken communication skills. Organization and collaboration will be key to success
- Interest in business-to-business social and awareness of industry trends is a must
- Expertise with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Presenting information to C-suite and other stakeholders
