Cycle Counter (Warehouse Coordinator) in Billings, MT - #1690189

Purpose: This position is a hybrid role that is responsible for providing inventory control support and clerical support to inbound operations in the distribution center.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing receiving paperwork for product to be checked in.
• Providing customer service assistance to customers, drivers, and vendors.
• Performs cycle counts.
• Pulls dated items from pick slots.
• Covers QA in produce, meat, and dairy when needed.
• Printing and adjusting purchase orders per bill.
• General clerical duties. This is an energetic position that will require standing and walking among different workstations.

• Plans and prioritizes workload to ensure that department needs are met as well as the overall organizational needs of the company.

• Performs various Logistic Department related functions and assign¬ments in an accurate and timely manner, as required by the circumstances and/or by the supervisor.
• Assists other department personnel in the performance of work activities when peak workload required during absences of facility personnel.

• Communicates in a professional, businesslike manner.

• Prior warehouse clerical experience is desirable
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent human relations skills required. Planning and organizational skills are required. Knowledge of warehousing functions is required. Understanding of warehouse equipment operations and safety issues.
