Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend and stoop for 8+ hours. Minor lifting and carrying may be required

Work Environment
  • Work performed at construction jobsites and office

Skills & Qualifications
  • Level I:
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Must have valid Driver’s License and vehicle insurance as required by State law
  • Experience in one or more trades - Flooring - (tile, carpet, wood, LVP), Cabinets, Countertops
  • Level II:
  • All Qualifications in Level I plus:
  • 2 to 5 years of experience
  • Flooring: Able to repair and replace tile and wood/LVP
  • Good verbal communication skills for customer contact production
  • Good organization skills

  • Level III:
  • All Qualifications in Level II plus:
  • 5 plus years of experience
  • Expert in larger replacements and repairs of multiple products and trades
  • Mentoring and training capabilities production

Essential Functions
  • Level I
  • Perform simple repairs and touch-ups following production installation on all trades
  • Perform minor installation tasks following/during production process
  • Perform simple logistical tasks related to production install
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Level II
  • All Functions included in Level I plus:
  • Handles builder and homeowner requests as needed
  • Initiates claims and oversees the claims process with vendors
  • Inspects and diagnoses product and installation issues
  • Schedules employee technician and independent contractor base to execute appointments
  • Confirmation of completed appointments
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Level III
  • All Functions included in Level II plus:
  • Performs repairs and replacements of 3 or more materials
  • Other duties as assigned
