Inventory Manager - #1691410

Job Summary

The Inventory Manager is responsible for managing inventory levels and establishing inventory reduction goals for the technology center, and creating guidelines, management policies, procedures and objectives to achieve the goals.

Create and communicate inventory guidelines, management policies, objectives and controls for the center.

Verify WIP and warehoused inventory levels by scheduling and monitoring physical counts, tracking and reporting lost items, and adjusting records as required.

Identify inactive inventory, report potential financial impact, pursue consumption opportunities and dispose of inventory in accordance with company policies.

Identify root causes for excess and inactive inventory. Develop problem resolutions, create and implement improvement projects, and measures progress.

Review, measure and communicate Product Line inventory levels and adherence to inventory policies and objectives.

Identify inventory trends and opportunities and decrease inventory based upon those trends.

Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.

Minimum Job Qualifications

5 years warehouse/inventory lead or management experience

2 - 3 Years Experience In SAP Strongly Preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and file sharing programs

PowerBI proficiency strongly preferred
