Role Overview

As an HR Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Human Resources team in various day-to-day activities and projects. From assisting with HRIS administration to providing timely support to our team members, your contributions will be integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

HRIS Administration: Maintain accurate employee data, generate reports, and uphold data integrity across multiple HRIS platforms.

Team Support: Manage the HR team email inbox, offering prompt assistance to address benefits, HR inquiries, and concerns.

Intranet Management: Update and maintain our HR SharePoint Intranet site to ensure that information is current and accessible.

Leave of Absence Processing: Process all leave of absences and manage return-to-work dates efficiently.

Termination Process Management: Handle termination processes within multiple HR systems.

Job Description Coordination: Coordinate and audit the job description filing system to ensure all descriptions are up-to-date and easily accessible.

Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks to assist the HR team in day-to-day operations.

Backup Support: Provide backup assistance to the full-time HR Coordinator as needed, particularly in staffing, onboarding, and new hire orientation processes.

Ad Hoc Projects: Contribute to ad hoc HR projects as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an HR function, preferably in a pharmaceutical or corporate environment.

Experience with technical hiring programs in competitive industries is preferred.

Strong understanding of common HR programs and functions.

Excellent attention to detail and process orientation.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.

Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees and senior management.

Discretion and tact in handling sensitive and confidential information.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with HRIS (Workday preferred) and ATS systems.
