Your Impact

As a Research Analyst reporting to one of our Research Directors, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's growth and influencing our thought leadership. Your responsibilities will encompass:

Your Responsibilities

  • Defining research agendas and key themes for your coverage areas.
  • Designing surveys and maturity assessments for data collection and analysis.
  • Creating compelling content across various platforms including our research library, blog, and social media.
  • Presenting thought leadership and research findings at live events and webcasts.
  • Active participation in leading industry associations and publications.
  • Providing advisory services to both vendor and end-user clients.
  • Attending vendor events, conducting briefings, and preparing content for member events.
  • Generating new opportunities and ensuring positive member experiences contributing to strong new ARR and renewal rates.

What We're Looking For

  • A passion for manufacturing operations and a desire to see manufacturers succeed.
  • Deep industry and technology expertise with the ability to add value to both manufacturers and technology vendors.
  • Collaborative attitude and strong work ethics.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in remote team collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience, ideally spanning industrial, technology, services, or consulting sectors.
  • Familiarity with the analyst/research and advisory space is highly preferred.
  • Experience in industrial/manufacturing space, particularly in operations leadership, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to calculate and justify financial returns and sustainability impacts of manufacturing projects is desired.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for an engineering discipline and a Masters.

Location and Compensation:

This is a fully remote role with occasional travel to customers and events in North America and Europe, as business needs require (approximately 25% travel). Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
