The Business Program Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our cutting-edge electric and autonomous tractors to customer farms. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and operations, as well as the willingness to adapt to and excel in a dynamic business environment. You should be a problem solver who can work with a large number of stakeholders to drive cross-functional teams towards a common goal. To excel, the candidate will need to be able to dive into details while keeping the “big picture” in mind to make meaningful impact to Monarch Tractor and for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage tractor deliveries to customer farms, closely monitoring production, quality control, deployment, and logistics processes.
  • Identify and address blockers across Production, Quality Control, and Logistics, ensuring timely resolution to prevent delivery delays.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop short-term and long-term delivery plans, meeting daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
  • Streamline delivery processes to enhance operational efficiency and optimize resource allocation.
  • Gather key information from cross-functional stakeholder teams to make informed business-critical decisions and engage supporting teams effectively to meet the company’s mission.
  • Expertly manage multiple, concurrent service campaigns to bring hardware/software improvements from engineering to customer tractor through Monarch Tractor Service
  • Identify process and system improvement opportunities to scale this team’s ability to support Monarch Tractor Service as it continually evolves to meet current and future business needs
  • Embrace a mission-driven mindset, displaying eagerness, discipline, and problem-solving capabilities in all aspects of the role.


Qualifications And Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in program management, multi-faceted projects, and experience in a fast-paced company in the technology or automotive space.
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Economics, Business Management, or other related field. PMP certification preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience in operations, or related roles is preferred but not necessary.
  • Possess intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn, adapt, and synthesize information quickly.
  • Comfortable working without structure, making plans and executing to them, while using basic tools like MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint to track progress and drive alignment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work on multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously in an extremely fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Acute attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and exercise sound business judgment.
