Join our mission-driven organization as a Program & Workforce Development Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping healthcare education and fostering personal, professional, and community development.

In this dynamic role, you'll oversee the development, implementation, and coordination of contract training opportunities with Workforce agencies and other organizations. Your expertise will be instrumental in generating additional revenue streams and supporting enrollment goals within assigned market areas.

Reporting to the Program Development and Implementation Manager, you'll assist with new program development processes, including research, planning, organization, communication, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and market industry-based contracts for training with assigned campuses
  • Negotiate and finalize WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) training opportunities with campus liaisons and campus leadership
  • Coordinate tracking and reporting of contract revenue and fulfillment requirements to meet financial objectives
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Workforce agencies and industry partners
  • Conduct research on industry trends and market demands to inform program development
  • Assist with feasibility studies, advisory committee meetings, and internal launch processes
  • Ensure timely submission of Workforce applications and contract renewals


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, workforce development, or a relevant discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience with agency contracts and Workforce development
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in a revenue-driven position
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in computer software and applications
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with WIOA regulations and guidelines
