Summary:
The Gymreapers team is growing and we’re looking to hire a qualified Sales Representative. This role will generate leads for Gymreapers wholesale to drive profitable sales growth and work closely with a broad range of cross functional partners including Operations and Fulfillment. The successful candidate will have deep experience in wholesale within the athletic apparel and fitness equipment industry, an entrepreneurial mindset and strong drive for results. Ability to articulate and advocate the value proposition of the Gymreapers brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce Gymreapers products/services.
- Qualify leads to determine their suitability for further engagement and follow up.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through regular contact and effective account management.
- Understand clients’ needs and provide solutions that align with their business goals.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs by effectively managing the sales pipeline.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to the client’s needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets keeping company metrics in mind.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and account information in the CRM system.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to support overall business objectives.
What You’ll Bring
- Retail Field Sales: 5+ years.
- Retail wholesale distribution experience is a plus.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently, while under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the fitness and/or apparel industry is a plus.
- Exceptional ability to deliver concise, incisive, logical written documents and has the presence to deliver recommendations effectively to demanding audiences.
- Comfortable working in a diverse environment with the ability to deal with ambiguity while adapting easily to rapidly changing business conditions.
- The ability to quickly grasp the business and economic issues of a situation and develop the best solution; find creative ways to solve complex issues among demanding parties and achieve “win win” resolutions.
- A high degree of self confidence and perseverance and can earn the confidence of others.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently, while under pressure.
