J&B Fine Cabinetry, a well-established high-end Cabinetry Design Company, is seeking a Project Coordinator. We are looking for a positive, outgoing, service-oriented individual who is self-motivated and highly organized with excellent multitasking and time management skills. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with cabinetry Fabricators, Designers, Installers, Home Builders, and Clients/Homeowners to ensure seamless and on-time receiving, delivery, and installation of custom cabinetry. Must be comfortable interacting with many different personality types in order to bring people together as a team to achieve a common goal.

Job Responsabilities Include

  • Regular discussion and interaction with our cabinetry Designers to stay updated on what jobs have recently been contracted and what the expected delivery dates are.
  • Manage the Delivery and Installation calendar so that everyone in the company is aligned and knows when everything is happening.
  • Communicate with our Fabricator’s and Supplier’s shipping departments to predict accurate delivery dates/times.
  • Be present to receive deliveries, check manifests for accuracy, and load cabinets into our trucks for delivery to job site.
  • Visit job site to make sure the site is ready to receive cabinets in advance of the delivery date.
  • Drive delivery truck to job site and unload cabinets.
  • Strictly and meticulously maintain and update the delivery and installation calendar so that everyone in the company can know when orders are arriving, and installations are starting.
  • Manage the contact list of subcontracted Installers, know who is available to perform installations, and schedule them to do so.
  • Once an installation is completed, visit the site to make sure that all necessary cleanup has been done and that the job site looks immaculate before the client sees our work.
  • Travel within Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties.
  • Ability to perform minor maintenance, punchout, and warranty work on cabinets if necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in cabinetry installations is highly desired. Ability to operate a forklift is a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • MUST have competent basic computer skills. You will be using the Microsoft suite of products such as Outlook for email communications, Outlook Calendar for scheduling, and SharePoint to access/manage files and documents.
  • Excellent written, organizational and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Must be local to the St. Pete/Tampa area
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a background check.

Job Type

Earnings

  • $50,000 - $60,000 per year (depending on experience)
