The Role:

The Customer Success Associate plays an exciting and crucial role in establishing, nurturing, and maintaining customer relationships with a focus on product adoption, satisfaction, retention, and expansion. This is an individual contributor with career progression towards a Manager or Team Lead role within two to three years.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, nurture, and maintain customer relationships with a focus on product adoption, satisfaction, retention, and expansion
  • Provide high-level technical and product support to free the customer for value realization, including but not limited to escalation management and advocacy
  • Through organized cadence and rigor, navigate the contract renewal process and provide stakeholder updates as needed
  • Promote the value of the product while using curiosity to understand the customer’s business objectives and tying them back to Apryse solutions when applicable
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership and Account Executives to provide a seamless Apryse experience for customers
  • Analyze and provide a forecast for future customer renewals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success/Account Management
  • High-level of organization and personal accountability (detail-oriented, fierce data hygiene, tracking, etc.)
  • Exceptional ability to foster positive business relationships, internally and with the customer
  • Experience building revenue/billings forecasts for management
  • Track record of demonstrating tactical urgency – prioritize tasks while balancing many points of feedback
  • Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity, e.g., adjusting expectations, positioning your customers for success in the face of change
  • Management, renewals or upsell experience preferred
  • Proven oral and written professional communication skills

  • Excel/Google Sheets experience
  • Software industry experience
  • CRM experience
