Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Crafting AI-Powered Systems: Creating and deploying AI-driven operational frameworks that enhance efficiency and sustain exceptional educational outcomes on a large scale.
- Strategic Decision Support: Using AI tools to provide the founder with real-time strategic insights, spotting growth opportunities, and preemptively addressing risks.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Overseeing extensive, cross-functional operational portfolios to ensure seamless AI solution integration throughout the business.
- Hands-on AI Implementation: Employing technical expertise to integrate systems, execute API calls, and automate intricate processes—delegation of technical work is not an option.
- Driving Operational Excellence: Setting up AI-enabled quality control systems to ensure consistent delivery of our academic model across various locations.
- Managing Day-to-Day Campus Operations: Your focus will be on strategic scaling and automation, not on individual campus management.
- Developing Curriculum or Overseeing Educational Staff: This role centers around operational excellence, not educational content or teaching responsibilities.
- Theorizing Without Implementation: We require tangible, technical AI applications—not just strategic concepts or theoretical discussions.
- Maintaining the Status Quo: Complacency isn't an option—this role demands continuous innovation in a high-growth, high-energy environment.

Basic Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in operational leadership, scaling multi-location businesses (specifically in education, high-end retail, hospitality, or healthcare).
- Expertise in both practical and technical applications of AI tools; must successfully complete a rigorous assessment involving AI-based business process automation.
- Proven experience in transforming operational processes into AI-driven systems with demonstrable technical execution (coding, API integrations, automation).
- History of managing vast, cross-functional operational portfolios, driving strategic transformation, and achieving top-tier business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate strategic recommendations to C-suite executives, particularly in translating complex operational data into straightforward, actionable executive insights.
- Located in the United States and willing to travel up to 30% of the time to campus locations.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
