Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. - Managing Day-to-Day Campus Operations: Your focus will be on strategic scaling and automation, not on individual campus management.

Basic Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in operational leadership, scaling multi-location businesses (specifically in education, high-end retail, hospitality, or healthcare).
- Expertise in both practical and technical applications of AI tools; must successfully complete a rigorous assessment involving AI-based business process automation.
- Proven experience in transforming operational processes into AI-driven systems with demonstrable technical execution (coding, API integrations, automation).
- History of managing vast, cross-functional operational portfolios, driving strategic transformation, and achieving top-tier business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate strategic recommendations to C-suite executives, particularly in translating complex operational data into straightforward, actionable executive insights.
- Located in the United States and willing to travel up to 30% of the time to campus locations.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
