The ECT Customer SuccessRepresentativeis responsible for efficiently and effectively supporting our operational teams during evening hours.
Night Schedule:7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., 4 on - 4 off (Days Vary)
Weekend Schedule:Friday, Saturday, Sunday, & Monday (Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.)
Responsibilities:

• Provides and communicates accurate information to the customer and maintains a high-level service.
• Accurately tracks and traces loads and uses all tolls provided with MSLV and escalates any issues to the Operations Manager if necessary.
• Schedules pickup and delivery appointments with customers in a timely manner.
• Works with team members to solve problems.
• Accurately updates information and enters order into systems via computer.
• Manages customer phone call process to include systems, flow, and etiquette.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or related software.
• Knowledge and understanding of MVT Divisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography.
