About The Role

The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive learning and development strategy for Veho’s warehouse teams. This includes identifying learning needs, developing and delivering training programs, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and maintaining a strong safety culture.

A Great Candidate

  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the supply chain industry.
  • Strong experience in needs assessment, curriculum development, and program evaluation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong project management skills.Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
  • Experience with instructional design.
  • Experience with data analysis.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement a learning and development strategy for the warehouse team.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify the learning needs of the warehouse team.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on a variety of supply chain topics, including safety, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain a strong learning culture within the department.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in learning and development and incorporate them into the department's training programs.
