Description
The Baton Rouge General Manager will be responsible for oversight and direction of the local office, overall accountability for recruiting, training, and performance management staff, efficient and effective operation of the branch, customer retention, and overall financial performance of the location. Other details and responsibilities will be shared as we progress through the hiring process.
Requirements
In order to be considered, qualified candidates must be a current GM, or have experience as an Office Manager or Specialist, Operations Manager, Service Manager, or other similar leadership role. Candidates with notable management experience in a previous job can also be considered.
