Legacy Restoration, Janney Roofing, and Southern Roofing & Renovation are leading regional brands coming together to form the 4th largest residential roofing and home exterior company in the U.S., backed by a high-growth private equity firm. Operating across 32 regional markets, each brand brings deep roots and local credibility, while benefiting from the shared strength of a national platform.

As we accelerate our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Director of Marketing to help lead the charge. This is a rare opportunity to shape the marketing engine of a rapidly scaling home services platform — with a focus on digital lead generation, brand expansion, and team leadership across multiple geographies. You'll work at the intersection of growth strategy and execution, leading a team of regional marketers while rolling out high-performance campaigns that drive measurable revenue impact.

If you're energized by the idea of building something big, fast, and lasting — this is your seat at the table.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
  • Own and evolve a multi-brand, multi-market digital lead generation engine across paid search, paid social, SEO, programmatic, email, and affiliate/partner channels
  • Drive continuous optimization of CPL, CAC, conversion rates, ROI, and overall funnel performance in close collaboration with Sales and Call Center leadership
  • Analyze performance by channel, market, and brand to inform budget allocation, campaign adjustments, and messaging pivots
  • Brand Strategy & Awareness
  • Help evolve and manage the brand architecture across the platform; develop and execute brand awareness campaigns to position each brand as the preferred choice in its market
  • Create and execute top-of-funnel marketing initiatives that support longer-term brand building and differentiation
  • Lead creative and content development to craft brand-consistent storytelling across digital, traditional, and new channels
  • Web & Digital Ecosystem Management
  • Own the performance and evolution of all web properties, ensuring best-in-class UX, SEO optimization, and conversion pathways for each brand
  • Ensure MarTech tools (CMS, CRM, Marketing Automation, Call Tracking, Reputation Management, etc.) are fully leveraged to capture, nurture, and convert leads
  • Sales Enablement
  • Partner with Regional Sales Leaders to align marketing with market-level needs and provide sales tools that support customer interactions and lead to improved close rates
  • Marketing Operations & Budget Management
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels with speed, quality, and accountability
  • Build and manage the annual and quarterly marketing budget with a focus on performance, efficiency, and scale
  • Identify and manage agency/vendor partners to supplement in-house capabilities where needed
  • Data Analytics
  • Build and maintain scorecards assessing funnel performance, cost per lead, cost of acquisition and return on investment.
  • Growth Support & M&A Integration
  • Support due diligence, onboarding, and integration of acquired brands with scalable marketing playbooks and systems
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new markets or services as the platform continues to expand

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, ideally within home services or another fast-paced, regional B2C environment with $50M–$250M in revenue
  • 7+ years of proven success in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in paid media, SEO, email marketing, social media, and analytics
  • 5+ years in a senior manager or director-level marketing role managing teams and agencies
  • Demonstrated success in scaling lead generation programs with measurable ROI
  • Strong understanding of brand development across regional geographies and customer segments
  • Experience managing websites and optimizing for buyer journey performance (SEO/UX/UI)
  • Proficient in marketing tech stack: CRM, Marketing Automation, Google Suite, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, CMS platforms, CallRail, ChatGPT, PowerBI and more
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field required
