Creative Director

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Director to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a key contributor to our marketing team, responsible for creating visually stunning and impactful design solutions that elevate our brand and engage our audience.

This is an onsite position for our Indianapolis office location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to develop creative concepts and design strategies that align with Bone Dry Roofing's brand identity and business goals
• Create compelling and eye-catching designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, email campaigns, and website assets
• Lead the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet or exceed quality standards
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within the design team
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and assets
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices to ensure our designs remain fresh and innovative
• Manage and organize design files and assets, ensuring they are easily accessible to the team
• Collaborate with external vendors and printers when necessary
• Assist in developing design templates and guidelines for various marketing materials
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Valid driver's license
• Pass a background check
• A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect designs
• Knowledge of web design and digital marketing is a plus
