Your Role as Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a vital role in analyzing financial data, creating reports, and managing subcontractor approvals. Your expertise will contribute to key decision-making processes that shape our projects and company success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial statements of subcontractors to assess creditworthiness.
  • Oversee and maintain monthly job reports, including inventory, revenue forecasting, and work-in-progress updates.
  • Prepare and present the monthly financial statement dashboard.
  • Identify and resolve accounting and reporting issues, delivering actionable insights to accounting management.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Perform various accounting duties, such as sales tax reporting, financial statement audits, and internal controls.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in public, corporate, or construction accounting.
  • Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel (PowerBI or Procore experience is a plus).
    • Strong ability to read and analyze financial statements for creditworthiness.
    • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
