About Us

The House Attendant keeps public areas sparkling, helps guests with a smile, sets up fun events, and supports the housekeeping team. This role needs detail-oriented folks who can handle physical tasks and provide top-notch service.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sanitation and Cleanliness: Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment. Spruce up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Make sure everything shines, from carpets to furniture.
• Guest Service & Communication: Be quick to respond to guest requests and deliver items with a friendly attitude. Exhibit great customer service skills.
• Teamwork: Assist with setting up meeting rooms and events.
• Safety and Compliance: Safeguard sensitive areas and handle lost-and-found items. Practice safe work habits to avoid possible injuries.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent, and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving).
• Must work well in stressful, high pressure situations.

PROPERTY INFORMATION: Located in the Market Center area of Dallas, 3 miles northwest of downtown, this 11-story Sheraton Suites is across from the Dallas World Trade Center. Sheraton Suites Market Center offers 4,000 square feet of meeting space for groups of up to 180. Located in the lobby, Sheraton offers workstations with complimentary WiFi. Recreational amenities include a large fitness center with exercise room, spa tub, and indoor/outdoor pool.
