
· Collaborate with the CEO in shaping the strategic direction for annual development and fundraising growth plan.
· Work as a collaborator with the CEO & Board of Directors in leading the organization through impact and outcome focused growth and innovation.
· Created the organization’s new development plan in line with our strategic plan.
· Develop and oversee the annual fundraising program, including major donations.
· Develop and implement organization-wide communications plan.
· Oversee all social media, including organization’s website.
· Oversee fundraising database and tracking systems.
Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business, communications or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
· Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit fundraising and development
· Proven success in securing major donations, corporate sponsorships and foundation grants.
· Experience managing capital campaigns and annual fundraising plans.
· Excellent writing and oral presentation skills required.
· Experience with donor databases and software.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess fundraising performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Must complete and clear Criminal Background Check.
