- Accountable and responsible for maintaining a safety culture (following all SOP’s, JSA’s, policies and procedures) as set out by Target Hospitality
- Provide leadership in financial planning, stewardship, analysis and forecasting
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
- Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner and submitted to head office per the required timelines.
- Daily submission of manager reports, such as commissary paperwork, purchasing, receiving, inventory and kitchen reports, fuel logs, etc.
- Responsible for reviewing financial reports, recognizing variations and providing corrective actions to achieve results
- Ensure the control and effective utilization of Target Hospitality assets through immediate subordinates.
- An excellent understanding of Federal, State and Municipal regulations and statutes as it relates to OSHA and an understanding of employment laws.
- Ensure workforce is utilized to its highest potential.
- Develop a solid communication link with staff and customers, using a positive favorable image.
- Guide subordinates in the identification and achievement of the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance of all assets.
- Counsel/coach employees as required to provide direction on disciplinary matters where appropriate
- Ensure all food items are properly served, stored, and discarded as per HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and food safety standards.
- Exceed our guests needs by providing world- class customer service
- Shall attend all safety meetings and participate in Target Hospitality emergency response procedures
- Stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours or more) with scheduled breaks
- Use of stairs and step stools
- Lift an average weight of 25lbs with a maximum of 50lbs, on occasion where weights may exceed 50lbs the assistance of another person or a lifting aid is mandatory
- Reach below waist, waist to shoulder and above shoulder with frequent neck/back/torso twisting from left to right without restriction
- Perform repetitive movements at the wrist including side to side/ up or down and multiple grasps of an average of 10lbs with a maximum of 25lbs
- Simple, power and fine finger manipulation for a duration of an average 12-hour shift
- Ability to hear and understand verbal instruction as well as other sounds such as safety alarms/ signals
- Ability to communicate effectively; written and orally in English
- Must be able to see without impairment for inspection purposes and ability to read small text such as product warning labels
- Exposure to extreme hot and cold environments
- Ability to work with in a rotational schedule (5 weeks on and 2 weeks off, or as per operation manager’s discretion/ business needs)
- Ability to work safely and navigate with in small/ close quarters and congested areas
- Maybe exposed periodically to elevated noise and surroundings
- Ability and willingness to travel/work long rotations away from home
- 5+ years senior management experience
- Knowledge of computer programs (Orissa, Excel, Word)
- First aid certification is an asset
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Organizing, Planning and Administrative Skills
- Effective Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Strong decision making and delegation skills
- A team player who can provide support, motivation and encouragement to others
- Knowledge of building maintenance
- Ability and willingness to travel/work long rotations away from home
- Must be able to pass a background check and urine analysis
