Job Summary

Responsible for promoting and selling Company products and services that are both current and emerging. Uses a consultative sales approach to ensure our customers receive the best value. Must be customer-focused individuals, able to communicate effectively and display a professional and positive demeanor. Works on straightforward tasks using established procedures.

Core Responsibilities

  • Virtual work-from-home role
  • Base pay plus uncapped commission: $22.67p/h ($14.50/hr + $17,000 targeted annual commission)

  • Hours of Operation: Sunday – Saturday 6:00am to Midnight Eastern Time
  • Drive sales success by connecting with new and existing customers over the phone and matching them with the perfect Xfinity solutions
  • Be a great listener and problem-solver - ask the right questions, understand customer needs, and offer tailored solutions
  • Turn every interaction into an opportunity to help customers discover our amazing products and services
  • Build genuine connections with customers by being friendly, professional, and authentic

Salary:

Base Pay: $14.50
Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $22.67

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Additionally, Comcast provides best-in-class Benefits to eligible employees.
