What To Expect
In the Logistics Analyst role, you will be involved in supply chain strategy. You will monitor and evaluate third party logistics providers’ execution of operational plans in support of inbound and outbound transportation logistics processes in compliance with domestic and international customs regulations. We are seeking a self-motivated team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.
What You'll Do
Standardize processes and establish SOPs within a global logistics organization Provide required import/export documentation (e.g., Letter of Credit, Bill of Lading) promptly Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards (CI, Customs, etc.) Coordinate cost-effective and efficient import/export bookings while meeting requirements Become an expert in ERP inventory control and logistics modules, resolving accounting issues as needed Deliver excellent service to stakeholders through quick responses and problem resolution Negotiate spot and transactional business while fostering strong vendor and internal relationships
What You'll Bring
Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent experience in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Intermediate knowledge of Excel (pivots, lookups, aggregate functions) Minimum of 4 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing logistics preferred Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to code in SQL and Tableau and deep dive in data Ability to achieve success in situations with high degrees of variation and complexity Basic knowledge of accounting functions and relative information retrieval
