The Opportunity

As part of the Functional and Industry Technologies team you lead the design, development, and deployment of software solutions. As a Manager you supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive client engagement workstreams by solving and analyzing complex problems to develop impactful deliverables. You leverage your broad knowledge of Guidewire applications and your ability to lead a team of developers to deliver exceptional work and cultivate meaningful client relationships.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • Preferred degree in Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Programming, Computer Engineering, Engineering and Business, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology
  • Guidewire Certifications in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and/or ClaimCenter preferred
  • Knowledge of P&C Insurance domain
  • Proficiency in Java or GOSU programming
  • Experience with J2EE, Application Servers, XML/Web Services
  • Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter Configuration development
  • Designing, developing, modifying software
  • Leading a team of developers
  • Managing projects and programs
