- Recruit talented real estate agents to join the office hitting monthly goals in growth.

- Analyze market trends and data to provide valuable insights and guidance to agents, aiding them in achieving their sales goals.

- Proven experience in real estate sales and management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Active real estate license in the state of Washington.
