Hours & Pay
- Schedule of 9am-6pm Monday-Friday, every other Saturday
- Pay is $17-$19/hour based on experience

- Engage directly with guests who reach out with car buying questions
- Hand off guests to sales specialist at the appropriate time
- Respond quickly to internet, phone, text, and live chat inquiries
- Help guests find the best vehicle that fits their lifestyle need
- Follow up with guests that are not ready to purchase currently
- Participate in team & process development sessions -
- Keep positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and all dealership teammates
- Utilize internal guest relationship management tool
- Research to find the best solution for the guest and their needs
- Use correct grammar when communicating with guest
- Demonstrate strong communication skills (written, verbal and listening).
