Warm Hearth is looking for a customer service-oriented candidate to join our Housekeeping Department in the Kroontje Health Care Center at Warm Hearth Village. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the elderly and a dynamic team as we fulfill our mission of “Fostering a person-centered approach to gaining in an inclusive environment that redefines retirement.”

Requirements

Able to work in a team setting and independently as well.

Job Duties Include

Greet residents upon arrival and serve them in a timely manner

Keep common areas and resident rooms clean and neat

Assist in laundry ensuring proper washing, folding, and storage

Ensuring proper infection control at all times

Communicate suggestions from residents to managers

Assist in the training of all new hires for the housekeeping and laundry department

Assist Director with various duties as assigned

Maintains a good working knowledge of the facility and its policies and procedures

Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the department Director

Shifts/Hours/Schedules

  • Day shifts with every other weekend shifts for full time.

Compensation

The starting pay rate for this position is $16.00 per hour with annual pay raises in January of each year.

Expected start date is as soon as possible.
