As a Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You be providing administrative support, answering phones and emails, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth coordination of approvals and payments. Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
Schedule appointments for services and maintain a well-organized calendar
Coordinate approvals and payment processes with clients and internal teams
Gather and maintain general information as needed for service records
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout all interactions
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dealership, administrative, or retail setting is preferred
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
