In this role, you'll design media assets for ads, brochures, magazines, websites and presentations while gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of marketing, from social media and content creation to branding to project management and market research. It’s a great opportunity to build a strong foundation for a career in marketing while working in an innovative, fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions
Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2-year related experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Previous experience with Graphic Design is a plus. The candidate must be able to showcase they have demonstrated innovative and creative thinking. Exceptional oral and written communications. Proficiency with computer software, including Adobe and Microsoft Office programs. Capacity to be flexible and multitask. Proficient with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat. Knowledge of design principles and color theory. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff. Team player who is self-motivated and has the ability to work with minimal supervision. Limited travel may be required.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
Physical Requirements: Required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Working Conditions: Exposure to a normal office environment. Position may occasionally require entering a production environment, including exposure to noise, fumes, moving machinery, and varied temperatures.

Positions reports to the marketing manager.

Essential Functions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify graphic design needs.
- Using guidance from the marketing manager or leadership, create original pieces, including illustrations, animations and infographics.
- Translate ideas, data and insights into branded thoughtful, relevant, and useful designs. May assist with the creation of design campaigns.
- Maintain working knowledge of creative and cultural trends.
- May implement and update web content and/or social media efforts.
- Ensure designs maintain brand consistency.
- Oversee the trade show calendar and work with the sales team on event needs and deliverables.
- Prepare various documents and reports as needed.
- May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.
- Demonstrates the Viaflex Team Member Values in their daily actions.
