Quality Engineer Responsibilities:
- Represent quality interests in cross-functional meetings and collaborate on compliance, customer complaints, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Manage internal audits, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards, and lead third-party audit preparations
- Conduct risk-based auditing, analyze findings, and implement corrective actions for process improvement.
- Address nonconformances, supplier issues, and customer complaints through root-cause analysis and resolution strategies.
- Develop and maintain quality inspection methods and continuous improvement initiatives in a lean manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree with at least five years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- ASQ Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO9001, ISO13485 and quality management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with adhesive materials is a plus.
