Position Overview: To provide a safe and secure facility and a welcoming environment for tenants, clients, employees and visitors. Duties include:
- Greet clients, tenants, employees and visitors ensuring sign-in procedures are followed.
- Perform safety rounds following pre-established checkpoint lists as required by work shift.
- Assist clinical staff as requested in helping clients in psychiatric crisis, responding promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of clients and privacy of staff.
- Respond to emergencies as necessary, knowledgeable of fire drill and other disaster procedures.
- Prepare reports on incidents or atypical activity.
- Remain on duty until relieved and enable smooth shift transitions, i.e.- handoff of keys, portable radios, tour report.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1- year of related experience
Schedule: part-time; varies, day, evening/night and weekend shifts
Location: Center City Philadelphia, accessible to SEPTA and Regional Rail
