Program Overview

Skorpios is excited to launch a Rational Program for New Graduates in Process Development and Integration Engineering. This full-time program is designed to accelerate the growth of early-career engineers by providing hands-on experience in our state-of-the-art fab environment. We welcome recent graduates with Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degrees in relevant engineering or science disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and optimizing semiconductor process flows for silicon photonics
  • Collaborate with module owners (etch, deposition, lithography, CMP, metrology) to ensure successful process integration
  • Analyze process and yield data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements
  • Contribute to process documentation, experiment planning, and technical reporting
  • Support cross-functional efforts in R&D, operations, and quality

Requirements

  • Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or related fields
  • Passionate about semiconductor technology, photonics, and process innovation
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, JMP, Excel, MATLAB) and SPC/DOE concepts is a plus
