Responsible for managing and operating a high volume nightclub, with an exceptionally high level of integrity. Creates a welcoming and fun atmosphere while leading the operations team in maximizing sales, managing costs and optimizing profitability. Ensures that all guests receive excellent service from all nightclub staff, thereby enhancing repeat business.

Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following

Oversee the daily food and beverage service operations and ensure quality standards for foods.

Processes payroll and orders supplies and equipment needed to operate the nightclub.

Creates and manages budgets and forecasts.

Reviews daily/nightly reports and records and analyzes daily, weekly, and monthly reports to identify trends and future needs/obstacles.

Audits nightclub inventory and guest checks, to ensure proper money handling procedures and adherence to company policies / procedures.

Enforces company policies & procedures and communicates & coordinates effectively with Nightclub and Nightlife Security.

Ensure compliance by all nightclub personnel with Company and departmental rules, policies, and procedures.

Plan, manage, and monitor work as well as hiring, communicating, coaching staff, and building relationships

Responsible for managing departmental profit and loss (P&L) complex data.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Knowledgeable of nightclub operations, fine dining procedures, beverage service, purchasing, receiving, inventory, cost controls, special events / banquets, profitability analysis and budgeting, cost of sales, payroll, Microsoft Office, POS register and back office reporting systems.
  • Must also be knowledgeable of Florida state laws as they apply to liquor, labor, and health regulations.
  • Must have strong interpersonal, communication, delegation, and organizational skills, with a high level of integrity. Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance of policies and procedures, job descriptions, daily memorandums, chemical labels, and other instructions.
  • High school education or equivalent. College degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 4+ years proven nightclub management experience in a high volume nightclub, as General Manager, Director or above.
  • Food Safety Employee Training required.
  • Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) required.
