Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid – 3 Days In-Office)
Salary Range: $65,000–$70,000 + 5% Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis
- Analyze KPIs such as ticket volume, productivity, pricing, and gross margin
- Collaborate with finance and operations to support real-time decision-making
- Contribute to improving financial reporting, processes, and automation
- Prepare presentations and conduct ad hoc financial analysis for senior leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience; internships involving Excel preferred
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
