# Requirements:
- Education*: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience*: Minimum 10 years of experience in quality engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Leadership Skills*: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve quality goals.
- Communication Skills*: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills*: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and drive insights.
- Utility Industry Experience*: Experience in the Utility industry, with knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
- Certifications*: Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification.
- Lean Six Sigma*: Lean Six Sigma certification or experience with lean principles and methodologies.
- Data Analytics*: Experience with data analytics tools and techniques, such as statistical process control and machine learning.
- Quality Engineering Strategy*: Develop and implement a comprehensive quality engineering strategy that aligns with business objectives and quality goals.
- Quality Process Development*: Design, develop, and implement quality processes and standards that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Quality Metrics and Reporting*: Establish and track key quality metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Quality Engineering Team Management*: Lead and manage a team of quality engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams*: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendor teams to ensure that quality is integrated into all aspects of TCoE
- Audits and Compliance*: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, and lead internal audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement*: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
