Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

# Requirements:

• Education*: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Experience*: Minimum 10 years of experience in quality engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Leadership Skills*: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve quality goals.
• Communication Skills*: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills*: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and drive insights.
• Utility Industry Experience*: Experience in the Utility industry, with knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
  
  

# Nice to Have:

• Certifications*: Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification.
• Lean Six Sigma*: Lean Six Sigma certification or experience with lean principles and methodologies.
• Data Analytics*: Experience with data analytics tools and techniques, such as statistical process control and machine learning.
  
  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Quality Engineering Strategy*: Develop and implement a comprehensive quality engineering strategy that aligns with business objectives and quality goals.
• Quality Process Development*: Design, develop, and implement quality processes and standards that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Quality Metrics and Reporting*: Establish and track key quality metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
• Quality Engineering Team Management*: Lead and manage a team of quality engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams*: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendor teams to ensure that quality is integrated into all aspects of TCoE
• Audits and Compliance*: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, and lead internal audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement*: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction

Strong background in quality engineering, excellent leadership skills, client management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Salary Range: $160,000-$190,000 a year
