Key Responsibilities

Underwriting Excellence: Evaluate and underwrite submissions with accuracy and efficiency, staying within established guidelines and delegated authority.
Customer Service: Respond to quotes, re-quotes, and endorsements with a customer-first mindset, delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and driving long-term business growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Underwriting, Business Development, Claims, IT, and other departments to support seamless operations.
Market Insight: Contribute to innovation by researching industry trends, analyzing competitive intelligence, and supporting product development initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience:
3+ years of underwriting experience in Commercial Property & Casualty, Personal, or Management & Professional Liability lines.
Insurance coursework (e.g., CPCU, RPLU) is a plus.
OR 5+ years of experience in related fields such as:

Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for roles that involve direct customer interaction.
