As an Service Assistant you play a key role in managing the flow of instruments, parts, and paperwork in the service department. The base salary range for this in-office position is $22.97 - $26.00 per hour. The office schedule is M-F 8:30am - 5.00pm. Anton Paar USA offers full benefits and a profit sharing contribution to your 401k retirement savings. We offer a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years plus additional bonus opportunities.

Anton Paar USA is a for-profit sales and service organization in the Anton Paar Group, privately owned by the charitable Santner Foundation with its headquarters in Graz, Austria.  

Your responsibilities include:

• Initiating, processing, and finalizing service tickets, orders, and invoices
• Managing the rental instrument fleet
• Routing goods to the correct warehouse location and departments
• Communicating with customers on repair status and account information
• Answering and routing phone calls

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent time management, organizational and prioritizing skills
• 2 years experience in administrative support in a fast-paced environment
• Ownership of assigned cases and detail-oriented mindset
