An opportunity exists for a talented and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Manager in Community Health to join the Community Health team in the Midwest.
To be successful, you will have...
Responsible for operational management relating to clinical practice of community health services within Community Health. Provides support in program planning, outcome evaluation and improvement. Provides advice and professional support in relation to community nursing standards of practice.

Area Profile
The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) Midwest health region of Western Australia covers more than 470,000 square kilometres, nearly one fifth of the State, with its population concentrated along the coast. To be successful, you will have...
- Advance experience in community nursing and as a team leader.
- Leadership, management and communication skills with advanced problem solving & analytical skills.
- Experience in primary health care principles, program planning, delivery and evaluation.
- Ability to liaise with internal and external agencies at a local and state level as required.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislative and health regulating ACTS including legislative obligations.
- Knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements in the areas of Equal Opportunity, Disability Services and Occupational Safety & Health, and how these impact on employment, people management and service delivery.
