Our Impact:


  • The Workforce Optimization and Strategy team within the Enterprise Operations and Technology Division is seeking a Workforce Optimization and Strategy Associate II.


  • The candidate will play a key support role to the team and the division by providing a consultative approach as we execute our workforce and human capital strategy by driving efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience programs to support our divisional objectives.


 
Your Impact:


  • Utilize large data sets to forecast staffing needs, identify trends, and optimize divisional workforce performance


  • Create and maintain divisional reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to strategically aligned metrics


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity


  • Support data-driven initiatives and risk remediation opportunities to assess operational effectiveness


  • Support the programming and execution of Inclusion and Diversity initiatives


  • Support location and workspace logistical planning


 
Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/military experience


  • Minimum 3 years of Workforce Optimization, Programming, and / or Strategy experience


  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite- specifically PowerPoint and Excel


  • Demonstrated ability to utilize analytical tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)


  • Ability to manage project plans and action plans on time


 

Candidate will support our team:




  • Documents - prepare documents, handouts, or presentations for meetings. They may also be responsible for filing documents and maintaining databases.




  • Procedures - develop and implement administrative procedures. They may also document protocols and processes related to team calendars.




  • Administrative Support - coordinates various project tasks, timelines, and deliverables across different teams.




  •  Calendars - manage calendars, including team calendars. They may review calendars weekly and follow up with team members on any concerns. They may also document protocols and processes related to calendars.




  •  Communications - Facilitating communication between different stakeholders within the program, including team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
