Description:
  • The Office Assistant is key to our success and directly supports the Office Manager for all Purchasing and Warehouse functions at Illusive. You have plenty of experience with Purchasing as well as Warehouse management (shipping/receiving/organizing).
Location:

  • In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)

  • 105 NW 8th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311


Schedule:

  • Hours Per Week: 40 Hours Per Week

  • Days Per Week: Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)



Key Responsibilities

Purchasing

  • Issue Purchase Orders

  • RMA & Returns

  • Vendor Management

  • New Dealer Paperwork

  • Vendor Incentives/Program Management

  • Maintain Office Supplies


Warehouse

  • Shipping & Receiving

  • Organize Warehouse

  • Maintain Inventory

  • Keep Inventory Grouped by Project

  • Pull inventory for will call pick-up by technicians


General

  • Answer Phones

  • Office Cleaning crew: Schedule & Coordinate

  • Vehicles: Fleet Management


Software Suite (Preferred – Not Required):

  • G-Suite & MS Office

  • iPoint (Previously DTools)



Your Compensation & Benefits


  • $70k to $75k (Based on Experience)

  • PTO: After 90 Days = 3 Sick & 3 Personal; After 1yr = +5 Days Vacation Employment
